Something a few weeks ago changed with how I approach marketing for my products.
I used to really be hesitant to spend an entire day only on marketing tasks instead of also coding but the past few weeks of my setting priority on marketing really shows a difference in revenue.
Now with AI it's also way easier to get good actionable advice. I usually ask the AI to prioritize tasks for me in terms of ROI.
It's so obvious but as an Indiehacker you can so easily get stuck in the coding mindset.
